Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Daniel Tran Photography reserves the right to change pricing, specifications and availability without notice.

Customs Duties and Taxes
We do not cover the costs of duties and taxes. Any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees. Please ensure you are aware of any customs import duty before placing an order.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer.

Artwork Information
To ensure that each product is of the finest quality, we use professional printing and framing specialists. Each artwork is printed on the highest quality photographic paper available, which preserves the long life of your prints and is also outstanding in quality. All framed artworks are museum-grade archival quality. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. Unframed prints are covered with acid-free paper, rolled and packed into a hard postal tube. All prints come with ‘Print Handling and Framing’ instructions for proper care and maintenance.

Production Time Frame
Each artwork is custom-made to order and hand-crafted locally in Sydney. It takes 2-4 days to print unframed artwork and 3 weeks to make framed prints.

Refund Policy
At Daniel Tran Photography we strive to provide quality products and want to make sure you are satisfied with any artwork you purchase through our online store. Please note that as each artwork has been made to order there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Return & exchanges
In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged product, we will gladly accept the return of any product within 30 days of receiving your item and you will receive a free replacement or a full refund of the price of the product. To be eligible for a return, you must send the item back in the condition that you received it. If an item that you received is not what you expected or is damaged, email info@danieltranphotography.com to notify us of your return and the reason. You will also need to provide your invoice number and date of order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns on sale items
We have a no return on sale item policy.

Please note: The best care has been taken to accurately represent the finished photograph in the online gallery, however due to web limitations and differences in individual user’s monitor settings, printed photograph colours may differ slightly from the photographs viewed on this website.
