If you can't find the size or ratio you're after please get in touch with us and we can see if we are able to accomodate your request. This will depend on the limitations and specifications of the image.

You can make changes or cancel your order before production of your artwork has begun. This normally can be done within 5 hours of placing an order. Please contact us via email immediately if you would like to make any changes.

Once your artwork is in production, we will no longer be able to make any changes or cancel your order. As each artwork has been made to order there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

This mainly applies to the dimensions for our framed artwork. Print size simply refers to the size of the printed image, not including any borders. While, finished size refers to the total size of the artwork including the frame and any borders. You can find our handy size chart when viewing each individual artwork.


All our artwork is made to order with a production lead time of 2-4 days for unframed prints and 3-4 weeks for framed prints/ Acrylic Facemounts. Then allow additional time for your artwork to be shipped to your location.

Once your order has completed production your artwork will be prepared for shipping. For orders shipping within Australia, please allow up to an additional week for your artwork to be delivered to you. International customers, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for your print to be delivered to you.

All our artwork is produced and shipped from our printing and framing studio in Sydney, Australia.

We can ship any of our unframed prints globally.

*Framed Artwork and Acrylic Facemount are only available within Australia.


We have been shipping artwork across the globe for over 10 years. While it is extremely rare we know that shipping damage can occur. We ask that you please inspect the package upon arrival and look for any signs of visible damage.

In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged product, we will gladly accept the return of any product within 30 days of receiving your item and you will receive a free replacement or a full refund of the price of the product. To be eligible for a return, you must send the item back in the condition that you received it. If an item that you received is not what you expected or is damaged, email to notify us of your return and the reason. You will also need to provide your invoice number and date of order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
