Refund policy

At Daniel Tran Photography we strive to provide quality products and want to make sure you are satisfied with any artwork you purchase through our online store.

Return & exchanges
In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged product, we will gladly accept the return of any product within 30 days of receiving your item and you will receive a free replacement or a full refund of the price of the product. To be eligible for a return, you must send the item back in the condition that you received it. If an item that you received is not what you expected or is damaged, email info@danieltranphotography.com to notify us of your return and the reason. You will also need to provide your invoice number and date of order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Please note that as each artwork has been made to order there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
