Instagram post 2192063974400718264_258087768 Excited to be @sydney’s final featured photographer for the year. Here’s a collection of a few of my favourite images. I’ve shot countless images of Sydney over the years and I don’t think I could ever tire of capturing this city. So lucky to call this place home. #ilovesydney
Instagram post 2184816068895512335_258087768 A very special place... this is the beautiful New England National Park that’s currently under threat from nearby bushfires and among other rainforests all across the East Coast of Australia. Fires are burning in places never before that are normally resistant to fire and that is clear sign, if any further were needed, that the climate is changing dramatically. New England NP is home to World Heritage Gondwana Rainforest with ancient Antarctic Beech forests. I spent a lot of my time out here exploring the pristine wilderness of the National Park when growing up in my hometown of Coffs Harbour. It still remains one of my favourite places I’ve ever visited and it’d be a huge loss to lose such an incredible part of Australia.
Instagram post 2181916609605816703_258087768 I couldn’t resist sharing another few images from the unforgettable experience I had with @ntaustralia flying doors off in a heli over Kakadu National Park and Arnhem Land at sunrise. This place is mind blowing and I feel very lucky to have witnessed it all from above. Hope you’ve enjoyed my images from the Top End over the past couple of weeks just as much as I enjoyed my visit there and capturing them. It has only left me wanting to see and experience more of #ntaustralia.
Instagram post 2179015818247145500_258087768 After spending our day in Kakadu National Park with @ntaustralia learning about the incredibly rich culture and history of this special place, taking a boat cruise through East Alligator River and visiting a few of the amazing Aboriginal rock art sites. We then headed up this spot called Nadab Lookout in Ubirr to watch the sunset over the floodplains. So stoked we got to witness yet another one of those unreal sunsets and I couldn’t think of a better way to end the afternoon! #ntaustralia
Instagram post 2176844802666466494_258087768 The rich and vibrant colours of the Top End. A few scenes from a heli flight with @airborne.solutions taking in the spectacular views of Darwin and surrounds at sunrise. @ntaustralia #ntaustralia
Instagram post 2173944591740680712_258087768 One of the many amazing tropical summer sunrises we experienced during our time in the Top End. This is the view from Nawurlandja lookout in Kakadu National Park which has to be my favourite lookout that we visited. It’s just a short hike up from the car park to the top and is the perfect spot for sunrise with views across to Burrungkuy (Nourlangie Rock). One of the things that I found great about the Top End was just how easily accessible everything is and it’s just a 4 hour flight from Sydney. I know I’ll definitely be back again soon for more! @NTaustralia #NTaustralia
Instagram post 2171043405832334365_258087768 Capturing every different angle and perspective on a recent scenic flight over Broome made possible with the #HuaweiP30Pro. Being able to capture all the way from ultra wide angle to 50x zoom with a simple tap on the screen is a game changer! It was awesome being able to enjoy the experience for once and not having to worry about switching cameras and lenses mid flight. Thanks so much for the fun times and for having me @huaweimobileau #HuaweiPartner #RethinkBestPhoneCamera
