One of my favourite features on the @huaweimobileau P30 Pro has got to be the pro camera mode. For this shot, I used the extremely versatile pro mode which gave me complete control over the exposure, shutter speed and ISO. By taking the ISO right down and increasing the shutter speed to 30 seconds I was able to capture a super clean low light image of the light trails from the cars driving along the iconic Sea Cliff Bridge at night. #HuaweiP30Pro #HuaweiPartner

With the current situation of the bushfires here in Australia, I have been looking at ways that I can do more to help and like many of you, I have personally donated to various causes for bushfire relief efforts. As of October last year, I have partnered with @greenfleetaustralia to offset all carbon emissions that are produced when running my business. This is done through their native reforestation program. Greenfleet is doing incredible work and are a leading not-for-profit environmental organisation restoring forests in Australia and are committed to protecting our climate.

By working with Greenfleet, I was able to assess how much carbon I am creating and plant enough trees to offset it! Not only do Greenfleet forests provide vital habitat for native wildlife such as koalas and wallabies they also conserve biodiversity, improve water quality, reduce soil erosion and capture millions of tonnes of carbon emissions from our atmosphere. 💚

2019 has by far been the biggest year yet, here are some of my personal favourite images. It’s crazy how fast the past 12 months have flown by. Huge thanks to all of my amazing clients/ friends who have supported and trusted in my work. This year wouldn’t have been possible without you all. Feeling grateful and lucky, although a little exhausted from the year. Also thanks to everyone for the continued support and for sticking around even though I haven’t been as active or posted much on here lately. Some exciting projects to come next year!

Excited to be @sydney’s final featured photographer for the year. Here’s a collection of a few of my favourite images. I’ve shot countless images of Sydney over the years and I don’t think I could ever tire of capturing this city. So lucky to call this place home. #ilovesydney

A very special place... this is the beautiful New England National Park that’s currently under threat from nearby bushfires and among other rainforests all across the East Coast of Australia. Fires are burning in places never before that are normally resistant to fire and that is clear sign, if any further were needed, that the climate is changing dramatically. New England NP is home to World Heritage Gondwana Rainforest with ancient Antarctic Beech forests. I spent a lot of my time out here exploring the pristine wilderness of the National Park when growing up in my hometown of Coffs Harbour. It still remains one of my favourite places I’ve ever visited and it’d be a huge loss to lose such an incredible part of Australia.
